We process milled materials in batches ranging from 1 to 24 tones. Our work involves a rigorous regranulation process that ensures the material is filtered using 150-360 micron sieves. This filtration process eliminates contaminants such as ferrous and non-ferrous metals, rubber, wood, sand, and non-melting plastics, resulting in a purified and standardized raw material.

One of the features of our regranulation service is the customization of the color. We use pigments sourced from reputable domestic and international chemical companies to ensure the final product meets your requirements. Our production process allows for further modifications, including the introduction of suitable gloss or softness, achieved through the use of appropriate stabilizers. The result is a ready-to-use raw material that is free from any impurities and easy to integrate into your downstream production processes.
